Ginny Weisel received her training to be a massage therapist in 2005 at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester,NY.  She is licensed in the state of New York (license # 019272).

Welcome to Life Journey Massage

I am a firm believer in the connection between the mind and the body. I also believe that healing can be greater when we truly realize these go hand in hand- physical health and mental health.

My first experience with massage was in 1996. I was working through the surfacing of childhood incest abuse issues- my therapist recommended also receiving massage therapy as an adjunct to my treatment with her.  This created a safe place for me to experience positive touch and to reconnect with my body and my emotions.  I am certain these two modalities (traditional talk therapy and massage therapy) were cathartic and played a huge role in moving me to a very different place on my own journey to health and wellness.
